Lazy sausage breakfast

Night shifts are hard for me. No matter how awake I seem, I know my brain isn't functioning. And then afterwards I want something nice for breakfast, but feel too lazy tired to cook. The other morning I remembered we had sausage in the fridge, so...

Ridiculously quick breakfast. I chopped onions and mushrooms and did a quick saute in a little bit of oil and then added sliced sausages. I like mine with a little char on it. I can maybe fool myself into thinking they were grilled but then I killed the healthy vibe with some grated cheddar. Yummy and done in less than 10 minutes with toast (or fried bread, I know just killing the health blah blah blah).
