Baked salmon

With everything I find myself having to do these days, I think it's good that I've gotten kind of good at finding ways to make what I want to eat in the easiest way possible.

I'm coming to realize that almost anything can be baked,

and foil is my friend.

I seasoned the fish with sea salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, parsley and scallions, wrapped in foil and baked at 350o for 20 minutes. The snow peas I brought to a boil for around a minute before wrapping in foil with a spritz of sesame seed oil and sea salt. The chips were store-bought. Everything done in less than half an hour. My oven and I are now well on our way to becoming besties.
